The Culture of Slate Group
At Slate Group, we believe culture is just as important to our company’s long-term success as is doing great work. From day one, we’ve focused on fostering a “drama-free” work environment, with an emphasis on respecting each other’s right to have differing views.
We also believe it important to know each other outside the workplace. We regularly host interactive company socials, such as boating/sailing, bowling, bocce ball, axe throwing, or checking out local touristy haunts such as the Seattle Underground Tour. Twice a year we host company offsites where we discuss future company plans as well as deep-dive on timely finance/budgeting topics.
