How We Work Together

At Slate Group, our culture is all about respect, trust and working together in a way that feels easy and inspiring.

We believe strong connections go beyond the office. That’s why we host regular team socials, whether it’s catching a game, volunteering in the community, or just having fun together. We connect monthly for our All-Hands meetings and twice a year we gather for offsites to plan for the future, acknowledge achievements, dive into strategy, and discuss trending budgeting topics.

We believe it’s not only about doing great work and working with great people—your workplace should be an enjoyable place to be, and it’s good to have a little fun from time to time.

Our Giving Campaign

Giving back is part of who we are. At Slate Group, we’re committed to supporting our community through volunteering our time and providing financial contributions to causes that matter most to us.

Accounting for Impact
Slate Group’s Annual Giving Campaign

As we close out the year, we find ourselves reflecting on all that we’ve been fortunate to experience—our growth as a company, the meaningful relationships we’ve built, and the simple but profound gift of good health.

We are truly grateful for our clients, whose trust and partnership have allowed us to grow in exciting and meaningful ways. Your confidence in our team drives us forward, challenges us to rise to new opportunities, and inspires us to continually improve.

We’re equally thankful for our employees, whose dedication, resilience, and compassion define who we are. Their commitment to each other and to our mission has been the foundation of our success this year.

And finally, we don’t take for granted the importance of physical health, something that allows us to show up each day with energy, purpose, and a sense of possibility.

Thank you for being part of our journey. We look forward to all that the coming year will bring.
